Premier Play Systems, LLC warrants the workmanship of its product for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase.

Premier Play Systems, LLC, as a result of this Limited Warranty, will replace or repair, at its option, any defective parts, which relate to workmanship, free of charge during the one (1) year period. This limited warranty does not cover slides.

Furthermore, for the life of the gym set, the pressure-treated wood is warranted against damages by fungal decay or termites that make the wood structurally unfit for use. Cracks and checks are a normal characteristic of wood therefore they are not a defect and are not covered under our warranty.

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage from “misuse, abuse, vandalism, damage due to transit of product, normal wear and tear, and altered or improperly installed equipment.” Our products are not intended for use with any other manufacturer and should not be combined in any manner with parts other than our own.

This Warranty is further limited to a replacement or repair of the defective part relating to workmanship. PREMIER PLAY SYSTEMS, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE FREIGHT OR INSTALLATION OF REPLACEMENT PARTS. Premier Play Systems, LLC reserves the right to inspect all damaged wood for which a claim has been made.

Premier Play Systems, LLC is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages which may arise out of the purchaser use of any of Premier Play Systems, LLC product; and Premier Play Systems, LLC’s liability for any breach of the limited express warranty contained herein shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective materials as above described.

Premier Play Systems, LLC hereby expressly excludes any and all express warranties not specifically stated herein, all implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, and there are no warranties which will extend beyond the description of these warranties contained on the face hereof.

Premier Play Systems, LLC manufactures all products for RESIDENTIAL use only. Premier Play Systems, LLC assumes no responsibility for damages or injuries incurred if our products are used in a public or commercial application. COMMERCIAL use of our products is STRICTLY PROHIBITED, and all warranties and liabilities are void should this occur.

THIS WARRANTY IS NON-TRANSFERABLE.
